Kathy is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner, having graduated with honors from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition. She is also a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor who is passionate about helping her clients strike a balance between optimal nutrition and healthful exercise.

As a former endurance athlete and someone who has personally made the journey down the road of weight loss, Kathy brings a “real life” factor that truly connects with her clients.

Kathy’s philosophy is that every goal is important and with the proper nutrition and training you can achieve anything.
